Return / Exchange:
    We guarantee our products are brand new, authentic and come in its original box/packaging. We will not be able to
    guarantee the condition of the shoebox or if the shoes have minor crease, etc. If you are a collector, we would
    recommend for you to purchase from a retail store so you can physically inspect the product.
Return:
    If the product you received is "defective", we will exchange it for the same item instead of processing a refund.
    Otherwise, you may return any products purchased from BeatnicOnline.com within five (5) days of the date of delivery in
    their original, unused condition including original shoebox (shoebox can't be taped up and must be returned as well) for
    a full refund of the merchandise value, if you received the free ground shipping and are returning the entire order, you
    will be charged $13 for first item and $8 for each additional item as you don't qualify for free ground shipping
   (If just apparel, first item is $8 and $5 each additional). Returns generally take 2-4 weeks to process. Credit for
    returns will be issued to the original payment method. Also, for bounce back packages that received the free ground
    shipping, you will be charged the same fee as return orders. For return, please request form through customer service at
Exchange:
    To expedite your order process and ensure that you will be able to receive the item of your choice before it's sold out,
    we no longer process exchange to avoid delay. Instead, please return your original item for full refund and then place a
    new order online to avoid delay or items being out of stock by the time it is processed.
Conditions:
    For refunds, customers must apply for return through the online return application form within 5 days upon receiving the
    merchandise. Merchandises must be in their original condition and packaging. No refunds will be allowed if these
    conditions are not met. Please contact us if you have any questions.
    If you received an item different than described or damaged.
    Please fill out the form to describe problems or concerns regarding the products you have received. You may either
    return the product for an exchange the product for a non-defective one, a correct one, or a different product.
Domestic order:
Please use the following shipping services to ship back your package:
   USPS Ground
   Fedex Ground
    When shipping back your order, be sure to include a copy of the receipt indicating the shipping charges or scan image
    with return package tracking number and your order invoice number. If our return department determines that the product
    is damage (before wearing) or incorrect, we will reimburse you for the shipping fees with the following condition: 1)
    package is shipped via the services listed above and 2) the product is damage or incorrect.
